Pogba has been a part of many major tournaments with France. Pogba's first major tournament with France was the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, where France was knocked out by the eventual champions Germany 1-0 in the quarter-finals. After a disappointing World Cup, France would enjoy one of its most successful periods. In 2016 Pogba and France reached the European finals, where Portugal defeated them. However, in 2018, France won the world cup, where Pogba played a crucial part in lifting the trophy.
Unfortunately, for France, they had a disappointing European championship in 2020, and all eyes will be on France and Pogba to see if they will be able to reclaim the world cup title in November.
